error message during web import

While trying to log into RR using Win 97 web import I got the following pop up message:

XML error detected: mismatched tag

near:

</head>
^

while requesting URL:
RadioReference.com - Scanner Frequencies and Radio Frequency Reference

Does this mean anything to you? Thanks for your help.

You need to update your WIn97.
