error message; not a premium subsciber

i am at wits end. I still cant download from any RR dbase info from Butel software. i have the latest issued both XT & ARC pro. error message tells me im not a premium subsciber. my subsciber page says i have 374 days left on my subsciption.what gives?
gettng reallly annoyed you havent fixed this, you took my money instantly, no fix this problem.

Sounds more like a problem with Butel software. Now contact them.

Yup, you show as a Premium Subscriber so what did Butel say when you contacted them?

I know it sounds strange but did type in your correct username and your correct password?
