Eschinger Rd Shooting

We have a crew on scene at 8925 Eschinger Rd near W. Stockton Blvd for reports of an intruder who broke into a house, the home owner shot at the intruder, the intruder ran from the house, more shots were fired, now someone is dead. Ops are on SRRCS, SD 3.

From my crew on scene, guy found laying on a rifle, SSD saying it was not a 459 and not a 902. When my crew inquired for more the Sgt. would only say "health". Tim Curran is on the way to the scene so we should have more soon.

Per Sac Sheriff this was a guy who thought someone was breaking into his house and started firing shots and then had a heart attack and or stroke.
