Essex County used to have MONOC and JEMS...and now I believe RWJB has their own and Atlantic, however in the old days they were all dispatched out of center...how is it configured now and where should I look in Sentinel for the feed.

RWJBH units are dispatch by MedCentral on NJICS, Atlantic units are dispatch by Atlantic also on NJICS and UH EMS is dispatch by REMCS also on NJICS. That covers Essex County.

I see RWJBH....I also See Atlantic, however it only shows BLS unless they dispatch on the same channel...And I assume MICCOM is now just Hackensack...

Hackensack Meridian also has a has an additional dispatch center that dispatch's their units (AKA/Formally JKF ALS) in central jersey and the shore area. 4761 is EMS Dispatch, the other are for BLS Operations.

MICOM is a dispatch consortium of ALS units in Passaic and Bergen County.
