Just an FYI I heard Euclid tonight using a new numbering system for apparatus at a fire. Its the same that the other Heights/Hillcrest units use

They are as follows (correct me if you hear different)
Sta-1
Car-23 now 1353
Ladder 1 Now 1321
Rescue 1 now 1341

Sta-2
Eng-2 1312
Res-2 1342

Sta-3
Eng-3 now 1313
Res- 3 now 1343

And the fire was on Chatworth around 2300 Hrs. 1.5 sty dwelling. Fire in kitchen. Crews used 1 line.

Ch.3 ?

Whats the frequency for ch.3? I hear them when they are on a fire say go to ch 3, then I'll do a search and can't find it. I have ch 1 & 2 just not 3. Anyone know?

Thanks!

I heard them on 425.300 which is what all the other depts call channel 5 It is a simplex frequency but I can still get it sometimes in Wickliffe. They used to just go to 2 but now it seems 3 is what they are using.

They also have their new Truck 1321 in service
