Event Feeds ?

Has there ever been any specific event feeds set up in the past ? In our SAR world we do communications support and medical for a few large events. Unfortunately a few of them are well outsite the coverage of our SAR Feed locally, but member still want to listen to stuff. In the past I shut down my feed in my shop and start it on a laptop in a command post. The issue is we loose the local info we also want.

Thoughts ?
