Can someone tell me if I can monitor this with a BCT 15. I understand that I can listen analog and not the APCO-25 but I dont see any talkgroups listed, My question is does anyone listen to Ewing police?

Unfortunately, Ewing PD went full time encryption some time ago. You can listen to Fire & EMS on the county VHF channels but Police is lost cause.
