Exercise at Blue Grass Army Depot

There is a drill at the Blue Grass Army Depot today (24 Oct 2007).... this means radios in the ten county CSEPP area should be busy today.... Each drill dispatch is preceeded by "This is an exercise message..."

snagged a few new tgids for both the Blue Grass Depot and Madison County systems, but haven't been able to confirm who they are or what they are.... one of the new BGAD tgid sounded like the same folks I heard on the OPC talk group controlling stuff inside the wire... it also sounds like the Madison County School Bus folks....
