I purchased an HP-2 w/Extreme Upgrade second hand. I am noticing in the my-uniden space to register products, that it has a link to purchase the upgrade associated with the HP-2 entry.

How can I make the my-uniden space registration understand that it already has the upgrade?

If you properly told my Uniden the serial number, there is nothing more you can do. There is one key per serial number.
