I cant read all of these good coments about Gre without adding my own. Thier customer service is fantastic. They have helped me a couple of times. Not by email, but by phone, and I live in Canada. Gre is first class all the way. I highly recomend them to anyone interested in purchasing a scanner. I have a PSR500 and love it.

I totally agree GRE is good i have a 310 and i have a problem with firmware update 1.4 not trunking EDACS Narrow 900 mhz so i talked to john about it and within 2 weeks he called me and said he had a version 1.5 update and wanted me to try is so he sent it to me i tried it worked like a charm i had to put firmware version 1.1 in to get it to work again after the 1.4 didnt work. Know just waiting to see them put it on the internet for other people this was on the 8th of March. Blessings to All

I too would like to add my love for GRE scanners, i have a GRE PSR-500 and absolutely love it. I would recommend GRE to anyone. Top notch customer service and equipment.
