EZ SCAN HELP

The problem I am having is adding new members to a talk group. When in the import screen, state is selected and then county followed by talk groups.
The update seems to be taken but in the scan list that it is assigned, nothing appears. I am using windows 11, added EZ SCAN last June, have added members to this talk group before Whistler went away. The radio is a GRE 800 that has the Legacy upgrade.

The sale of Whistler had no effect on the software, it hasn't changed, so you can't blame that.

When you are on the import page you are choosing the Scanlist you want to add the TGs to? Have you tried to manually add one to see if that works?
