5 weeks and couple day...no big deal I don't update weekly.
Many complain about Whistler, but they have tried to make the last models from GRE (aka Radio Shack) useful. Their reasonably priced upgrades for the last models from GRE were well beyond minor tweaks, and they must have taken a big hit when the new scanner was abandoned due to lack of progress. With the coming of encryption to the services many of us monitor and the influx of SDR radios, the future of the hobby will change and so will the equipment.
