My EZscan software isn't able to locate my TRX-1 file. Am I missing something?

I've placed a picture with the TRX-1 file content that I'm trying to get EZscan to read. In the File menu on EZscan, what option do I choose?

In EZscan, I got to Scanner/SD Card > Copy Config from Scanner Memory/SD Card > Check it's pointing the correct SD Card - in this instance, it is the correct SD Card. I click Next and I get the error in the screenshot below.

Is the scanner off? It should be. Sounds like the SD card has been corrupted. First, turn the scanner off and try reseating the SD card. Try removing the SD card from the scanner and putting it into the card reader slot in your computer. Do you have a backup of the configuration file in the scanner? If so, try going to the Scanner/SD Card tab in EZ-Scan and click on Prepare Scanner Memory/SD Card for use.

I have the SD Card plugged straight into the laptop, so I'm bypassing the scanner. I just want to access the frequencies on my laptop, and not the scanner.

Is there a way I can read the files in text format?

There Are two ways to read your "hits" IF you have each Talkgroup set to RECORD. If not set to record there will not be any saved data on your SD Card. Assuming you were not using ControlDemo attached to your computer then there is an APP written many years ago by Don Starr called AUParse. This is a CMD BAT operation that will read your SDCard and extract the data into a comma seperated .csv file that you can then read. Do a search on RadioReference and you will find the app and how to use it.
