Oh, okay. Seems like it would be easier (and probably more reliable) to just buy a commercially-available simplex repeater. They're not very expensive.It's a simplex "store and forward" repeater.
I found the guy's YouTube page and there's another video on there about this device. It's marketed by Ready Radio and is called the "Repeat-R."
