Failed/Isolated

I am now setup with DSD Fastlane. it is all working well. I just have a few questions now.
1. The odd time i see, in the 1R DSD screen Binary codes, Does this mean Encryption is transmitting?
2. In the DSD+ 1R Event log windows I see in red, FAILED AND ISOLATED, what does this mean?
is it site related?

Can you capture the binary an I will see what it says.

The red Failed/Isolated indicates a site that is either currently off air (failed) or is not part of the currently available neighbor list (Isolated).

I made a mistake the binary string belongs to DMR
