Was scanning 455-465 today and kept coming across: 460.9250 DMRT3 Slot 2 CC 0 and SiteID 12, the scanner pauses, no audio is heard and when I look up this frequency I get 2 hits for VA but one is in Roanoke, VA and the other is Horry, VA neither of which is anywhere close to my QTH of Herndon, VA. Any ideas on who this is?
