Do they use any frequencies at the Farmer's Market? In Seattle

I just checked my Norhwest frequency directy and see nada.. interesting. they must have something..

I don't know if they still use it or not but an outdated page on Intercept Northwest lists two frequencies:
463.9375 (PL 103.5) Pike Place Market security
461.9375 Pike Place Market engineering
