Seaosonality Core - Awesome Weather App - Free

Evernote - Great app for keeping things organized. Also Free (with premium option). Also has mobile apps that stay in sync.

Carbon Copy Cloner - Great app for cloning your drives.

Handbrake - Great for making backups of your DVD's

Dropbox is a great cloud storage app. Works with Mac, PC, iPhone, etc.
