I have a BCD536HP. Just updated my favorites list and up loaded to the scanner. The favorites appear to be there but I cannot scan them. They stay on hold. The full data base will scan. If I push the Channel Button it tells me nothing to scan. Push it again I see my favorites list and HOLD on the bottom line. and I can turn the function button and go thru all of my favorites.
Any ideas?

Have you looked at the "Set Scan Selection menu to see if your list is enabled?

Press menu button. Navigate to :
Set Scan Selection > Select Lists to Monitor > Full Database. Press "E" to turn off if set on
You should also see the favorites list(s) containing your programming listed here & this (these) should be set "On" in order to scan it/them
If you follow what Whiskey3 has noted, you'll get to a screen like this:

In this case, I have the Full Database as 'Off', not being scanned. Search with Scan is also off.

The "New Dallas P25" favorites is enabled to be scanned, as noted by the "On" out beside it's name.
The Baylor list is currently off. Selecting a list, or the main database in that menu screen, and pressing the E (Enter) key toggles the list, or main database, between "On" (being scanned) and "Off" (not currently being scanned.

From the wiki linked below (you can disregard item #1 if you don't want to monitor the full database & instead switch it off via item #2)

Thanks for the reply. I think I followed all of your instructions but no luck. And I just spent 45 mins. on the phone with Uniden support and they couldn't figure it out. I am attaching 3 images to show what I am seeing on my scanner.
