Fayetteville, NC fire feed

Since I installed the Fayettevile (Cumberland County), NC fire feed two weeks ago I've heard no fd broadcasts. I've heard a child asking adults for computer help, & what sounds like a bird chirping. I notifed the feed provider last week.

They have their computer mic selected instead of the line-in from the scanner. It is streaming everything said or done near the scanner. They are not responding to problem reports nor do they accept PMs. I sent an email to Administration and they will probably take it offline if they cannot contact the provider.

I don't know how someone can setup a feed and not at least listen to it to make sure it is working.
