This morning FBI was active in Raleigh NC on 166.4625 using NAC 001 TG 1 w/encryption key 4FAA. All comms were encrypted with RIDs 30911xx, 30914xx, 3099xxx, and one radio using 14442.

For those using DSD+ FL or similar software, if you can get an encryption key please try to get and post, most agencies are using a sequence around the country, and it will help people ID the agency (for example FBI in Jacksonville FL uses key ID 4E54). And, while they change over time it is still in the same neighborhood.

Really wish more people would update the Wiki for Federal RID Planning for their state when they hear traffic, so many states don't have any entries at all.

I assume those keys are in HEX ?
Boston (decimal) has been using 20341 or 4F75 (Hex)

Not to Hijack the thread but what RID sequence has Jacksonville been using ? 322xxxx ??

Also as a reminder with multiple agencies working together never forget to be running ALL of the NIFOG Interops, you would be surprised at what can be found/heard

322xxxx is right, Jacksonville Office is 320 or 3229101 and does ID in the clear as KEV280 (Confirmed it because of this video (skip to 35:17)
