Anyway, Can someone tell me all the FDNY freq's for the Bronx only. Even the portable radio firegrounds. Im not sure if you guys/girls know what im talking about but the freq's that units communicate with the other units opperating, not the disbatch. Im guessing the UHF freq's.

Thanks In Advance

Welcome to RR.com, Chris. I'm going to guess from your user name that you're in New Rochelle. Keep in mind that FDNY fireground frequencies are VERY local...especially the UHF digital ones. You may not hear much unless you're close to the scene, or you have an antenna at home that's got lots of heights.
Of course, 154.190 will be no problem. Have fun!

Thank you Bezking. It helpd a little bit.

AEMTKieran, Thank you for the welcoming. Yeah Im a big New Rochelle buff. Yes, those are the frequencies im looking for (the Digital ones). I have been goin to Bronx (since its only 15-20 mins away from me. Of Caurse only 2"1/2" alrms and up lol.) calls and I would probaby be able to hear them when on scene. If its possible, can you list them for me? or Send a message or somthing? BIG HELP!!

For Example, If you hear the guys scanner in the beginning of this video. He has the frequencies. But they are for a different part of the city. Here is the link.

If you goto the link posted by bezking, all of the frequencies under the heading "fireground" you are going to want to program in.

Hi All,
While going thru the msgs. on the site, and listening I'm still hearing mxer of requests. In Bklyn 154.37 the mxr off was 153.95. Is that fx still in use ? If not, which of the new uhf fx's is FDNY using for mxr off transnissions in any boro?

The frequency is correct. You're just too far away to hear the mobile units.

question

I have been standing next to firefighters and they are not using any of the frequencies listed on most sites under the new portable Ht's....either that or they are encrypted?

The frequency to listen to is 486.1125. There's no PL so make sure yours is off. If that doesn't work I suggest having the radio looked at.
