Had some simplex chit chat today on 166.85 (PL114.8).
It sounded like it might have been a fire crew passing through Grand Junction, CO with 2 drivers talking to pass the time. Conversations were clearly fire service related with mentions of many places they had been this season.
I know this is normally a Air/Ground channel, but wondered if it is also a crew channel I didn't know about. I suppose they might just have been bootlegging there.
