Never saw them before until today, then I saw 2 SUV's in Concord with the Federal Protection Service label on the side and blue's on top. Is there something going on in Concord today/soon?

FPS are basically Campus Police for larger federal buildings.

I outfitted the vehicles back in the 90's. They had the old Syntor 406MHz boat anchor radios w/DEC back then. Streethawk lightbar, setina prisoner shield, but no plastic seats then, plain factory. Nothing spectacular, but the shield spoke authority if you'd seen it.

You will hear them on 417.2000 P25
If you listen in the morning, they sign-on from home/office enroute to xyz [You will hear most of the New England traffic] and around 5pm HQ will do a roll-call

I don't have p25 capability yet... until they come down in price, I can't justify it yet.
