It is, if someone in that area has a feed, you ask them, and they add it. Otherwise you'll have to start your own feed with it.

Each current feed has a "Contact Broadcaster" button on the feed info page.

When in Broadcastify click on the feed, then look for the big red button below that says contact Broadcaster. Keep in mind, all feed providers are volunteers, using their own equipment, and do not have to add or provide feeds, so be nice to them.

Honestly all you need is any used cheap scanner to get it for yourself, just saying. Toss in any others that you may wish too. They are all over facebook marketplace. So many analog scanners out there as agencies are digital.

That means they don't want to be contacted directly. Honestly, your best option is the one suggested by @Ronaldski buy an inexpensive analog scanner, you can find them for under $80 on Amazon or Ebay.

He may have been asking for someone else, perhaps trying to get a channel added to a feed that a family member listens to. (Although we can tell the OP is new and learning)

In my case, I gave my father a P25 Phase 2 scanner, but he still uses the local scanner feed. He said the scanner was too complicated. He likes being able to click a few links on a computer to hear where the sirens are going. Mind you, this is the guy that I followed into public safety and radios, decades ago. I guess, at some point, some people may enjoy the simpler things.

That frequency is not listed in the RRDB. What kind of radio traffic is on that frequency? Are you sure it's not patched or simulcasted onto the county's P25 system?

Correct. The assumption that the OP was the listener that was able to listen to a scanner came in post #8. The OP replied in post #12 saying he was the listener, but unable to use a scanner.

No I am not saying to stream it, but just use your own scanner to listen. If your in a position to listen at work as said, would you be able to bring one of your scanners to work and leave it setup?
