why are they not working? major incident vegas and the feeds are down?

Its not just the vegas feed seems like 90% of the feeds are down , my scannercast says its still broadcasting for my Ohio based feed , but no one can listen.
I Know LVMPD is asking the feeds be taken down during the incident
Sometimes due to high volume, servers get overloaded, feeds go down.

Saw/heard brief police radio traffic on one of the TV stations (CNN?) giving credit to Broadcastify.
