That basic info has been floating around for years, and while certainly some of it is valid, and it's certainly not like FEMA merrily gives-away it's comm plan, I know there's bits of information on that list that have been outdated for close to FIFTY years.

For example, the WAR-45 callsign listing. I first poked around in that old hardened comms bunker atop Cross Mountain 20 years ago & even back then, there was about 6" of bird & bat guano on all the (spring-mounted) floors. A few years later, I met one of the guys who was the final operator of the station, and the one to close it down for the final time... He did that in 1970! And on top of that, he wasn't even aware that it had that particular callsign (the WAR series were issued to 'special mission' facilities by US Army Strategic Communications Command's Joint Support Command, but in practice, only a few sites used them).
