On the MD board, we were discussing FEMA freqs. There is a website w/ many such freqs listed, included two that are referred to as "WARN-1" and "WARN-2." Apparently, no known record of them being utilized & monitored in MD recently. Anyone in another state have any idea about these and/or have copied activity?

I'm guessing that would mean SkyWarn, but not sure, i live in TX.
