F7E is only good for a REAL Two-way radio, it does not work for Scanners.
F7E is the P25 equiv of No PL aka CSQ

For the OP, best to put it in Auto/Search for the NAC

these "new" frequencies were put in the database to encourage people to put them in their scanners. There was no published NAC information. We have not received any actual usage data (yet).
