Files uploaded/No Audio

I'm stumped, using SDS 100 to proscan and trunking recorder uploading to Brodcastify Calls platform. Files are getting to the Calls Platform and shows the correct duration time but when opening for playback, no audio is hurd, just skips over it like it's not there.

I have had it set up before, but computer crashed and replaced with another computer, where did I go wrong?

I'm not familiar with trunking recorder but I would first look at the Win Mixer to see if audio is present. If not there then see if the correct input is enabled. It could be the Win microphone privacy settings needs to allow the software access, even if using the Line In input. If the Win Mixer is still not showing audio then trace the problem back to the source.

First off, I would restart Proscan.
Then, I would open Proscan, navigate to the audio control tab, and make sure that the input device is correct.
Lastly, Make sure the volume on the SDS is up.

Just a couple of troubleshooting steps
