go to the ULS advanced search page
http://wireless2.fcc.gov/UlsApp/UlsSearch/searchAdvanced.jsp

match only the following radio services CL (800 MHz) and CN (1.9 GHz)
then push the GeoSearch button at the bottom and on the next page
search for whatever state and county you need.

It will return all of the cellular & PCS band licenses in that area.
As far as I know there is no way to search for different modes
like GSM or CDMA.
The cellular carriers don't have site based licenses like private land mobile
so you can't find individual frequencies or sites.

I'm here a lot
What is the value in knowing these GSM licenses ? :?

Are sites not posted for security reasons?

It has nothing to do with security. The cellular carriers are licensed
differently than the private land mobile services.
The FCC divided the country into Basic Trading Areas and Major Trading
Areas and auctioned licenses for frequency blocks in each area.
The celluar carriers can use whatever channels in their block that they need
and can have cell sites wherever they want without having seperate
licesnes for each site.
