Depending on what type of scanner you have... If you have one of the DMA Uniden models, you can set it up yourself... it's called Fire Tone Out. You can find instructions on it here: Fire Tone Out - The RadioReference Wiki Otherwise, you may have to download additional software to your computer in order to find what you want. I used to live in Hastings but I don't remember what tones they used back then. Set your scanner on 152.0075 (I think that's the right one) and you should be able to catch most of Adams and Hall County. They also use 154.07 (I might be wrong on those frequencies, but I remember seeing those in the past). Also, Mid-Rivers 911 dispatched out Roseland and Holstein on Med 9 (462.95) which will also get you some tone-outs in Buffalo County. I think there's another channel they use but can't remember which one as I haven't lived in that area for a couple years. Some of the smaller departments may use text pagers to call out the fire departments now. It's worth a shot though. Also, you might consult the database here to help you find the right frequencies.

Thats the method I have used as well as the link below.
Also with this link, if you can confirm any of the tones that are not there or if you find some are incorrect, please feel free to fix them. It will help a lot for future reference.
