I suspect all of the channels are 4w handhelds with the odd base or 2 but no repeaters. Certainly the usual Dover speedway ops channels were active also.

No wonder I didn't hear anything, listening on the wrong freqs. Even so, 4W portables, I don't thing I could hear them here.
