Thinking about adding the DMR upgrade but 2 issues.
1: Created a MyUniden account but it won't let me add the last 2 digits of the S/N and I can't edit any info. So that's out
2: Went to Bearcat Warehouse and asks me for three things:
ESN Field
Checksum field
Serial Number

What is the ESN?
see attached picture

The ESN is the 3rd line on the screen (after the letters SN - 14 digits)
The checksum is the 3 characters after the SUM ----> 0DF
The serial number is on the tag on the back of the scanner

Thanks
Why doesn't the SN on the screen match the number on the back of the scanner match.
It added 010 and should be an"A'.
That must be why the My.Uniden wouldn't accept the last two digits.

That's just the way Uniden does it. Those upgrade pages state which one they want, so always observe carefully whether you are being asked to input the serial number, or the electronic serial number.

Went back to MyUniden and added the scanner with S/N from back of scanner and deleted the incorrect one.
I went to put in the 14 digit ESN for DMR upgrade and still won't accept the last 2 digits.

I ordered one last week after business hours and got it the next day.

Any idea on the turnaround time to get the upgrade from Uniden
All my upgrades from myuniden site for several of the newer models have always been instant. As soon as I hit the button to pay, I had a confirmation receipt on screen plus a little clickable line to show my key on screen. An email as well with the new key for whatever mode I purchased was always waiting for me as soon as I could check my email on file at the myuniden page. I don't recall if the new key info populated on the myuniden All My Scanners page right away though but it probably did had I refreshed the page.
I always took what was on my screen and copied the key to a file I keep that contains all my scanners info and serial number info plus any keys purchased.

I've bought a few dozen upgrades from the myuniden page and not a single one took over a minute before I had the new key. And the day or time of day or it even being a holiday day has never mattered at all.

yes
It didn't say I had any errors filling out form when clicked approve.
You should probably give them a call. Like @donc13 said though, it's probably just a pending charge that should drop off.
I'd call first before you try it again. Either way, you may end up showing two charges on your card until the first one drops off.
