Flashing a Pro-106

Valdosta has migrated to the Lowndes County Public Safety DTRS. Looks like its all changing over in 2-3 weeks. Heard on Simulcast that if anyone hadn't flashed their radio's then to do so.

How can I flash a pro-106

The digital system they are changing to is P25 Phase 2, which the 106 cannot receive. You would need a newer scanner to listen to that system.
