Info from a 2019 / 2020 wildfire plan for the Lolo Natl Forest and CSKT / Flathead Agency
CKST = Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribe
FHA = Flathead Agency = part of the Bureau of Indian Affairs which is part of the federal Department of Interior (DOI)
The Indian Reservations in the USA receive wildfire protection services from either the Bureau of Indian Affairs, the Tribe, local FDs, state agencies, nearby federal agencies, etc - and/or a combination of these
The radio load for CKST radios shows a mixture of CKST, FHA, federal, and local channels - apparently there is some sort of cooperative agreement between CKST and BIA/FHA in place - I believe the tribe operates all the fire fighting units, and the FHA makes a couple of radio channels available for their use
CSKT Division Of Fire –Narrow Band

IIRC CSKT Div of Fire runs their own wildfire dispatch center - they might run a structural fire dispatch center also - or their PD might do that
Lolo National Forest also has a wildfire dispatch center
