FleetNet/Silke Missing LCNs.

I'm very new to NXDN trunking. My only means of monitoring this system is via DSDPlus. There seems to be some missing/misplaced LCNs and frequencies on the sites I'm trying to monitor. I'm not sure how to find the exact frequency of a specific Channel Number. For example, when I monitor the Bald Peter Mtn site the CC is listed as 751 and there's a VC of 144, neither are listed on the RRDB page. I do not know which frequencies those channels are assigned to or how to even find that out.

yes i edited those files. 463.7375 is the frequency its decoding from but in the activity window it just shows 751 as the CC with no frequency associated with it

So according to the lcn/lsn calculator
144 would be 459.94375

I tried that one and it did not seem to match. Just silence whenever the system uses 144. I looked at the FCC license and tried a couple other frequencies from that site but those didnt line up with 144 either. On another note, all of the Prospect Hill channels are correct except for 127, which is a duplicate of 111

and it does appear that the proper CC for Bald Peter Mtn is LCN 751 of 463.7375

The channels for Bald Peter should be:
1 145 454.6250
2 393 461.5000
3 751 463.7375

Prospect 127 should be listed as: 454.5125

Channel 144 is: 454.61875 But I doubt that's used at Bald Peter.

Voice channels are 2, 22, 31, 39, 59. Unsure of any frequencies for those.
CC picks up well from Albany.

This is state wide system. I been listening to system in my area, it goes down to southern Oregon. I heard school bus traffic from Grants pass.
