I was wondering if my local PD department of Boone county KY was using a negative or positive offset and how to plug their frequency into my radio. I have the frequency and PL tone but not the negative or positive offset.

You don't need the offset to listen to a frequency. However, I think they may have migrated to the new trunked system.

Just no.

Unless you have permission, in writing from the Chief, adding your own radio to their system is not only unethical, but illegal.
That sort of programming info would come from the agency IF they wanted you to have access to their radio system.

The 317
Boone, Kenton, and Campbell counties are all on the NKY system now. Florence uses the Boone County Law talkgroups.
