Florida Forest Service - EOT data burst

Within the last few weeks, transmissions from the field units of the Florida Forest Service in the Caloosahatchee and Myakka River Areas (Areas 15 & 17) have implemented some sort of End of Transmission data burst. Does anyone know what encoding they are using, or perhaps the manufacture of their radios?

I've heard MDC on DOF freqs before. Not specifically on Area 15&17 but other areas. Not sure on radio manufacture type.
