I have not hear much on the radio.
Here's a good summary from WTVR's web-page:

Police are busy searching a dead end on East Marshall street off East Broad.
They've got helicopters overhead and K9 units on the ground, searching a swampy area. Officers are also going door to door asking neighbors if they've seen escaped inmate Alonzo Logan.
The 41-year old was allegedly seen last night several miles away in Eastern Henrico.
Reports came in around 12:30am from residents of the Woodcroft Apartments saying Logan was knocking on apartments in the complex, asking for clothes and money.

Around 11:00pm, Richmond Police Lt. Jack King tells CBS 6 that a woman from Charles City County was confronted in her home by Logan. She says she was forced to drive Logan to Williamsburg, dropped him off and then returned back to Richmond before alerting police.
CBS 6 was the first to alert viewers that police had found the woman's car in the city's Church Hill neighborhood.
Officers from the city of Richmond, Henrico, Chesterfield and the Virginia State Police surrounded a section of woods in eastern Richmond, where they believe Logan may be hiding.
A $5,000 reward is now being offered by the state's Department of Corrections. Logan is about 5'9, 180 pounds.

The search for Alonzo Logan is scaled back. Only a handful of officers remain in the woods near the Henrico/Charles City line.
