It sounds like Security or Stadium Ops . Gate ops inside outside anyone with an idea

Yea I seen that freq but this was at the Stadium for sure Talking about lines out to Comerica.

Ive never noticed the workers if they had Company names on their Work clothing .It well I would think not to be low power if iam getting them in northern Warren could be wrong .
But makes sense Safe Management does that kind of work per the Website .I guess I could submit it as Safe Management stadium event operations for now

The repeaters are in the catwalk near the top of the dome so they get out pretty good. SAFE security, facilities, operations, food service, concessions, and others all utilize this system.
