Forest Fire near Guinda, Yolo County

Fire fire started 07/21. Winds changing directions many times so threat to homes changes. Story here My feeds here

I am putting up a temporary feed to stream this fire which contains several Cal Fire and Yolo County frequencies. If you think I've missed one, please let me know.

Just for the record, it is the Forrest Fire, with 2 Rs. Named for Forrest Avenue (County Road 53). CalFire keeps getting it wrong in various places.

County dispatch has it in CAD as "FOREST AV ,YC"

And the article I provided a link to in the Bee also wrote it as the "Forest Fire", so that's what I went with on this thread. Is there any place official that actually has the correct spelling?

Also, any of the mapping sites show the correct spelling of the road name.

I have no doubt that the multiple incorrect versions are due to a single error, probably caused by spell check, that has propagated...

Agreed. If it's in CAD as such, they're probably just running with it.

Edit: ICS 214s and OES F-42's being filed with as Forest. Incident name "Forest Fire (CA-LNU-5495)"
