10-97 Arrival on the scene

posted in our fire equipment on the dash is a notice plaque

To keep the Dispatcher happy and make Him think he is in heaven when arriving on the scene always call in 10-97

10-98 Clearing scene

10-100 Natures call

My dept stopped using codes back in the late 80's and went to clear voice. AND the reason to notify the dispatcher that you're on the scene is so they can note it for the record should legal action be needed. and has nothing tondo with making them happy.

Never heard of an official 10-200 but we had our own; flush twice, it's a long way to 201 Varick Street. (The FCC NYC field office.)
