The white fiberglass antenna is probably for VHF high band.
The thin rod at the top above the tower is probably a lightning rod.
The pipes on each side are mounting hardware.
I don't know what the side mounted antenna is above the microwave dish. I have never seen one like that. It almost looks like two small UHF or 800 MHz fiberglass antennas mounted end to end or some kind of off center fed dipole. It might be for some type of lightning detection system or something.
I don't see any antenna types that the FAA commonly uses for air band or navaids.
