Four Recent Mohave County RR Database updates:

Arizona Electric Power Cooperative has a new 1-freq CAP site on Hayden Peak.
This site appears to be part of a multi-site CAP system extending southeast towards Phoenix and then east into Cochise County.
Talkgroups need to be identified.

Mohave Valley Fire Department appears to have a new VHF P25 system on-the-air.
Talkgroups need to be identified.

Nucor Steel Kingman has a new CAP system in use.
Additional site LCNs need to be identified.
See license KNNS627 for additional licensed frequencies.

Finally, the Rebel Communications NXDN Hayden Peak L29 site is now Mobile Relay Associates Diga-Talk Network R31 site 108 with RAN 44.
Previously identified Mohave County talkgroups need to be re-identified (the MRA TGID numbering is different than the Rebel TGID numbering.)

Thank you,
Kurt

Does this mean MHVFD is moving away from Bullhead City for dispatching services and dispatching on their own now?

It is interesting that the FCC license class is for conventional use only, not trunking, and that the authorized Emissions are for analog only, not P25. The FCC license reads like an analog conventional (albeit simulcast) system. Assuming they have really constructed a P25 TRS, their vendor should update their license.

My guess would be not desert shores as they are dispatched by River Medical out of Havasu and based on the license there are no radio sites that make sense for them to use. But Oatman FD would make sense seeing as how MVFD sends their ambulances to medical calls and is the first line of mutual aid units for incidents in Oatman.

I do have it in my scanners and it is an active system with a control channel putting out the right System ID. I did hear some testing chatter earlier today but it was short and by the time I looked at the screen I missed the TGID, it looked like 8001 but that may be way off. But there is some testing going on with it so far.

Why did the control channel for hualapai rebel comms listing change? The license still shows only 464.300 and that's still what I'm getting when I tune it, also it's missing the second channel that's still with it and also listed on the license.

Seems like whoever added these kingman ones did it hastily and without much care to inflate their finds count.

The Rebel Communications NXDN Hayden Peak L29 site is now Mobile Relay Associates Diga-Talk Network R31 site 108 with RAN 44.

It is now a DFA (Direct Frequency Assignment) site using split frequencies.
The control frequency is now 464.296875 (so, yes, you still tune to it as 464.300). However, the site RAN is now 44 (instead of 12).

A NXDN DFA site works similar to a P25 site... you still program it as a NXDN Trunking system, but you only need to scan the control channel 464.296875 (or 464.300) RAN 44, and the site control channel identifies the individual Talkgroup voice channels by frequency rather than by a channel number. You do not need to program the individual channel frequencies to NXDN Trunking system scan the site (although we do like to log them in the database.)

Below is a DSDPlus screenshot of the MRA R31 site. There was no talkgroup activity when I passed through Kingman and logged this data, so - yes - it will be good to verify / log any individual voice channels, but they are not necessary to monitor the site for Talkgroup activity in NXDN Trunking mode.
