Franklin ans Simpson county

I visit Franklin often. I do take my TRX-1 with me which for me it does a great job. I noticed on the RR database public safety used a LTR system. Then I noticed the Police dispatch used 453.2375 which is also listed as the LTR standard system. I never heard anything on this system or the VEI system. My question is are these LTR system still used. If the public safety is on conventional frequencies is it worth wild to keep the LTR systems on the Simpson county scan list. If these two are not used anymore I might take them out of the scanner. Thanks for any help

I would get rid of the LTR, nothing there as far as I'm aware. Have not heard anything there for a long time. The PD Dispatch for Franklin is handled by KSP Post 3 here in Bowling Green.
