Franklin county Law Enforcement

So I’m somewhat new to listening to the KS P25 statewide system. I have dsd fastlane running Ona laptop, as well as a G4 Unication and SDS 100.

My question is this: sometimes Franklin county law enforcement dispatch will show up on the Olathe site and other times the same TGID shows up on the Leavenworth county site.

Does anyone know the reason why TGIDs might sometimes show up on one site vs a different site?

The reason for this is that a unit has affiliated with one of those towers.

The unit is most likely out of district to his home site so he roamed to the closest site.
