BCD396XT/BCD996XT: franklin county nc

hello all, I just purchased a BCD996XT,used free scan and uploaded the freq. from this site for Franklin County NC, also NC Viper system, im hearing some of the states Viper stuff, ems, fire, SHP etc, no wake county sheriffs, also not receiving any of Franklin County broadcast. Its a Harris system analog and digital, any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

What sort of Harris digital?

Also, how did you download it? Through copy-n-paste or the automated RR DL?

its a project 25 phase1 system, downloaded from RR, I went back and did it again and its working better now. I guess I will just have to learn the radio, thanks
