Mountain Falls, 317 Outback Trail. 14 YOF drowning. 3 children were on a tree swing. The tree broke knocking the PT into a pond. PT was rescued from the pond & now has a weak pulse, but not breathing on her own. LZ being set up for Air Care @ Fall Run & Heishman.
