Did you try downloading within the 7 day trial period, or was it after that?
He'll need to contact Butel; it works through their software and they are the company offering the arrangement.
So you are saying it’s not a server problem with RadioReference that handles the two free downloads coding.

RadioReference does not have support staff for these kind of issues, and that email address forwards elsewhere; it's strictly a software issue, we merely provide the database and the API the software uses to access the database.
To repeat... he needs to contact Butel; this is an issue with their software.
Thanks for that additional info. That RadioReference wiki page isn’t very clear. So no one from RadioReference Support staff reads emails sent to that address.
